Skypics Limited - Unmanned Aerial Services Costs

 

Each job is priced individually but below are rough estimates of our services in the East Anglia region. These prices include all pre-flight planning (as required by the CAA) and we will require your post code in order to plan and confirm we can safely fly at your location.

Property Photography

Aerial Photography -  From £175 

This includes 1 hour of flying and shooting at your selected location at any height up to 400ft. High resolution fully edited images, taken by our professional and fully insured team.

 

Aerial Filming – From £250

This includes 1.5 hour flying at your selected location and 20 minutes of raw video footage for editing by you.

 

Aerial Filming and Stills Photography -From £500

This includes 1.5 hours working at your selected location and the additional production and video editing

 

Additional time or multiple days shooting or working overseas by negotiation.

 

Notes.

  1. All flights are subject to being able to fly safely, this will be discussed beforehand to prevent a wasted visit and requires a full postal address plus anything else to accurately pinpoint the location.
  2. Other options (voiceovers, music, extra flights ..) can be priced up and discussed.
  3. These rates are for filming at locations within 25 miles of CM23 (Bishops Stortford). Additional return travel will be charged at £0.50 per mile (e.g. a location 40 miles away is 40 -25 =30 additional miles round trip  £15.00 total.
  4. Client will be responsible for ensuring exterior presentable before arrival.
  5. All images and video will be supplied in digital form for download. This is normally same day for stills and 24 – 72 hours for video work.
  6. All images and video are © Skypics Limited and come with a non-commercial licence for your use (you and your agents / property websites) that you instruct to sell / let your property.

 

Commercial Aerial Photography

  • Pricing is on a daily rate plus expenses.
  • Please call Skypics Limited – Unmanned Aerial Services to discuss your particular requirements and obtain a fixed price quotation.
  • As a rough guide, costs £200 for 2 hours, £300 for a half day and £500 for a whole day on site.
  • Default is for a non-commercial licence (as above) however commercial licencing options are available.
  • Travel costs are as above and overnight expenses are £120 per night
  • For first time clients, full payment is required in advance of the shoot day(s)

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Appointment rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions         -  No charge
  • Appointment cancelled 48 hours prior and reappointed                   -  No charge
  • Appointment cancelled 48 hours prior no reappointment                 -  50% charge
  • Appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior and reappointed     -  25% charge
  • Appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior no reappointment   - 100% charge
